This tool called ChatGPT, at it's base level is an artificial intelligence tool designed by OpenAI a company recently acquired my Microsoft, the personal computing giant. It can do many things including connecting with other programs, answer complex questions and brainstorm net positive workflows for your business.

Step 1. I would familiarize myself with the chatgpt website, before signing in.

  • Upon landing, your presented with the prompt in the middle, some login info on the top right alongside that. The sidebar on the left and some extra information in the bottom. But to begin using the tool you can go ahead and take advantage of the no-login prompter in the middle.
  • That's about it, your not using chatgpt, in its simplest form. You are also offered to login to try more free and advanced features.

Step 2. For those who want to try the advanced featured go ahead and sign up for the program.

  • While you get more features to try you get to pay for even more features offered by ChatGPT backed by OpenAI.

Here's an overview of there pricing plan.

There is an argument regarding why someone would pay for more productivity in there artificial intelligence app, but that's exactly what you get to pay for. As you will experience sometimes, even the free model while logged in can slow down to allow you to understand that it's limited in specifications and compute power, you get what you pay for.

At the end of the day, ChatGPT is a tool—nothing more, nothing less. You don’t need to understand every technical detail or jump straight into a paid plan to get value from it. Start simple: visit the site, try a few prompts, and see how it fits into your existing workflows.

If you find yourself using it often, needing faster responses, or wanting more advanced capabilities, then exploring the paid options can make sense. If not, the free version is still a powerful assistant that can help you think, write, plan, and solve problems more efficiently.

The important part is to actually try it and see what it can do for you and your business. From there, you’ll know whether it’s just a nice-to-have—or a core part of how you get things done.
